On the morning on Saturday August 12 there was a match between the supporters of one of Colin Cooper`s former clubs, Millwall, and Boro fans representing the fanzine Fly Me To The Moon.
The game took place on the grass pitch at Eston Academy, kick off 11am.
All participants paid £5 each to play the 11-a-side game with all funds to The Finlay Cooper Fund.
Admission was free to all ............................but there was a collection during the game.
There was also be a raffle held pitch side to raise money. Colin and wife Julie presented the trophy to the winning team at Eston. |
